WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All Sales are Final.
ARE THERE ANY PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
We offer two types of payment plans. First, we offer layaway with a required 20% minimum deposit on any instrument. Leaving a deposit allows you to set the instrument aside for 3 months, 90 day period during which you can make payments weekly, monthly, whenever possible as long as balance is cleared within the layaway period. Secondly, Financing is available through GE Capital. If you are approved after a credit application, you have promotional 6 months with 0% interest, same as cash, and minimum payments for the duration of your plan.
WHAT IS KLARNA?
Klarna is a credit service, available only for online purchases through Gabbanelli.com, that allows you to decide how and when you pay for your Gabbanelli. You want to pay when you receive your instrument? Great. Or, do you prefer monthly payments? No problem. You choose! Enter here to learn more and start playing the Accordion like a master.

WHERE YOUR ACCORDIONS ARE MADE?
Our accordions are handmade in Italy by master craftsmen.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ORDER TAKE TO COMPLETE?
The completion time for a special order is generally around 6 months and up to a year or more. Any order placed on an accordion already in stock to personalize will be ready within 2-3 weeks in average.
WHAT TYPE OF REEDS DO YOUR ACCORDIONS HAVE?
Our accordions are made with the finest handmade reeds available. We do not have any specific type of branded reeds since ours are made specifically to match our high quality standards to satisfy the most discerning artist.
WHAT TYPE OF WARRANTY DOES GABBANELLI ACCORDIONS HAVE?
Our accordions have a one year manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers any mechanical defect such as buttons getting stuck, switches sticking, etc. Our handmade reeds have a 6 month warranty which warrants service if there are any broken reeds, stuck reeds, or any go out of tune. Please note that warranty is voided when any unauthorized repair or modification is made to the accordion or its reeds. Shipping fees apply.

The original and sole Gabbanelli Accordions store is located in Houston, TX. At the moment we do not have any other authorized dealers anywhere. You can always order directly with us and rest assured that you will receive the best price and service available.
